My Bio
Cobey is a Foster Care Lived Experience Leader, son of an Army Veteran, and father to three children who leverages his deep knowledge of the system, experience with local/state/federal government, multi-business management, and business school education, to advocate for constituents and drive meaningful change for better at all levels. He seeks to continue this work at the state level as the official representative of Oregon State House District 3.
